Graduate of Cultural Studies /Film Studies and Media Knowledge/ (University of Łódź) and Postgraduate Cultural Management Studies (University of Łódź). Connected with film culture for many years. Began her career in culture at Moskwa Cinema in Kielce. From 2011 to 2013, worked on three editions of Film Spring Open Air as a production assistant. Spent eight years at the National Film Archive (now National Film Archive – Audiovisual Institute) in the Marketing and Trade Department. She coordinated collaborations with international cultural institutions to promote Polish film culture, as well as licensing and sharing film materials from FINA resources for new productions, exhibitions, and screenings.

Dagmara Molga

Film producer and distributor, graduate of Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń and Warsaw School of Photography. Since 2013, active in film distribution, responsible for the distribution of the Oscar-winning Ida directed by Paweł Pawlikowski and numerous other acclaimed titles. Producer of the feature film Maryjki, awarded at various festivals, and the short film HEAT, showcased at the Sundance Film Festival. Also a promotion and marketing manager. Co-founder and activist of the Women in Film organization.

Monika Górska

Graduate of Photography (Department of Cinematography, PWSFTviT in Łódź) and Cultural Animation (Faculty of Polish Studies, University of Warsaw). She has been associated with photography for many years, starting as an editor in the photography department of the Latarnik.pl website and contributing a column about the photography market in Poland and abroad for Dobre Wnętrze magazine. Photographer, co-organizer of numerous exhibitions, workshops, and photography outings. Producer of photographic and film sessions for publishing houses such as Gruner und Jahr and Burda Media. A passionate participant and organizer of artistic family workshops.

Karolina Śmigiel

Film producer, cultural project manager, and board member of UNI-SOLO Studio, where she produced the documentary film Spring of Dragons (dir. Jarosław Wszędybył). Co-founder and member of the Dziki Bez Film Association. Co-creator and coordinator of the Festival of Abstract Thought. Graduate of Cultural Studies at the University of Warsaw, postgraduate studies for cultural managers at SGH, and Philosophy at Collegium Civitas. Lecturer at the Warsaw Film School (Film Production Organization Department). She worked for several years in the Education Department of the New Horizons Association, co-creating industry programs and the Kino Dzieci Festival. As a curator, she developed an original collection of Polish films for children for the National Film Archive – Audiovisual Institute. Collaborated with the POLIN Museum of the History of Polish Jews, Kinoteka, and Kino Muranów. Produced the Art&Science exhibition for the 2018 Przemiany Festival at the Copernicus Science Centre.

Alicja Nowacka

Film scholar and film critic. Graduate of Film Studies and New Media Knowledge at the Institute of Audiovisual Arts (Jagiellonian University). At the Andrzej Wajda Film Culture Center, she is involved in broadly defined film education. Conducts workshops and lectures and organizes cultural events. Programs the LET’S DOC Documentary Film Festival for Young Audiences. Winner of the Grand Prix of the 27th Krzysztof Mętrak Critics’ Competition.

Karol Kwiatkowski

Graduate of Polish Philology at the University of Warsaw. Expert in marketing communication. Began his career at the New Horizons Association, where he was responsible for co-creating and communicating an educational program implemented in dozens of cinemas across Poland, film distribution, organizing film reviews, and workshops for students and teachers. Worked for 5 years at the POLIN Museum of the History of Polish Jews, overseeing the communication of educational programs (e.g., the premiere of There Was No Hope. The Warsaw Ghetto Uprising 1943, the Żonkile campaign, and the Jewish Cultural Heritage project) and managing the promotion team. Projects and advertising campaigns he co-developed received awards such as Europa Nostra and Effie Award.

Dagmara Gołdzińska

Animator and culture manager, graduate of the Faculty of Pedagogy and Psychology (UMCS). Began her career at the Polish Film Institute in the Film Culture Promotion and Dissemination Department. Collaborated with the Center for Citizenship Education, Dom Spotkań z Historią, New Horizons Association, and the Stefan Batory Foundation. At the Digital Film Repository, she coordinated film screenings after digital restoration and the “Pure Classics” section presented at the Polish Film Festival in Gdynia. Co-created collector’s editions of film anthologies: Andrzej Wajda (2016) and Krzysztof Kieślowski (2017). At Kino Polska TV, she was responsible for the station’s social media strategy.

Karolina Szmytko

Graduate of Political Science at the University of Warsaw (2009). Began her career writing about film and art for outlets such as Gazeta Studencka, Dziennik, and Polska The Times, and publishing trade magazines. Since 2010, she has been executing and promoting cultural projects. Responsible for PR and media relations for organizations and institutions such as the City of Warsaw, Zachęta National Gallery of Art, EMPiK, Nizio Design International, Józef Piłsudski Museum in Sulejówek, DESA Unicum, Ujazdowski Castle Centre for Contemporary Art, Ocalenie Foundation, School with Class Foundation, VOGUE Poland, Next Film, and publishers like PWN, Smak Słowa, and MUZA. Managed press offices for events such as Reggaeland 2013, the Przecinek i Kropka Children’s Book Festival, EMPiK Bestsellers, as well as press desks for the Polish Pavilion at the Venice Biennale in 2017, 2018, and 2019.

Graduate of the Faculty of Foreign Trade at SGPiS (currently SGH). Chief Accountant with 40 years of experience, including in commercial law companies. Worked for 29 years as Chief Accountant at the KRONIKA Film Studio (Polish Film Chronicle). For 15 years, she has been an auditor of financial statements and has conducted audits on the utilization of funds from the Polish Film Institute. Acts as an expert in the “Solid Company” consumer program.

Martyna Szustorowska

Graduate of Film Studies and Journalism at the University of Łódź. She has been supporting projects in the dissemination of film culture for 6 years. Initially, at the National Center for Film Culture in Łódź, she co-created permanent exhibitions and coordinated temporary exhibitions, publication series, and research on VR technology in teaching methods, as well as studies on audiovisual literacy among children and youth. Currently, at the Andrzej Wajda Film Culture Center, she provides administrative support for projects in the Film Culture Dissemination Department and the Education Department.

A lover of black coffee, who discovered the specialty coffee market while working in a Warsaw roastery as an office manager and assistant sales department head.

Photographer and filmmaker. Worked as a technician, camera operator, sound engineer, photojournalist, and photo editor. Participated in the production of popular science programs, documentaries, and student films. Published numerous photos in the press. Held solo exhibitions in Poland and Norway, where he lived for 5 years. There, he hosted his own radio program on “Radio Polonia” and actively participated in the Polish Photography and Tourism Club in Norway. He also collaborates with the Filmforum Association on the organization of film festivals such as Kameralne Lato, WAMA Film Festival, and Cinemaforum.
