Grupa D4K (Docs for Kids) reprezentująca festiwale, instytuty edukacyjne i filmowe, stowarzyszenia producentów, autorów i reżyserów filmów dokumentalnych rozpoczyna dyskusję na temat potrzeb i wyzwań stojących przed europejskim rynkiem filmów dokumentalnych dla dzieci.
Pierwszym krokiem jest europejskie badanie skierowane do osób związanych z branżą dokumentalną - producentów, reżyserów, scenarzystów, funduszy filmowych, redaktorów zlecających, nadawców, platform VOD, dystrybutorów, agentów sprzedaży, festiwali i programów edukacyjnych. Na jego podstawie zbudujemy strategię rozwoju i wsparcia filmów dokumentalnych dla dzieci, które są nadal zaniedbanym segmentem branży w europejskim krajobrazie medialnym.
Prosimy o podzielenie się swoimi doświadczeniami i refleksjami oraz udzielenie odpowiedzi na pytania zawarte w ankiecie do 30.09.2024 r.

A group called D4K (Docs for Kids), representing festivals, educational and film institutes, associations of producers, authors, and directors of documentary films, is starting a discussion on the needs and challenges facing the European documentary market for children.
The first step is a European study addressed to people associated with the documentary industry - producers, directors, scriptwriters, film funds, commissioning editors, broadcasters, VOD platforms, distributors, sales agents, festivals, and educational programs. On its basis, we will build a strategy for the development and support of documentaries for children, which are still a neglected industry segment of the European media landscape.
